Details / Comments : Got lucky. The person selling won the camera but did not need it. He only charged the battery and turned on the camera to check it was working. That was the only usage it got. I'm a student studying in New Zealand. The Canon Eos 1000d twin kit lens retails in New Zealand for about 1200NZD, which is about RM 2400.

Details / Comments : RM2173.14 for Canon Eos 1000d with 2 lenses, 2 lens hood, 3 filters, Crumpler bag, and many other accessories all brand new is a very good price I think. Don't think it can be easily beaten.

I know, I bought all my stuff online. But some of the best deals around are online. all you have to do is sit back and bargain hunt. The only bad thing is you have to wait for your stuff to arrive. Especially when you are excited to get your hands on your first DSLR!!
