Alright....im seriously planning to get a Taylor. the 310-ce model or x10-ce models. But priority is the 310-ce. Which location have it? SMX and Bentley might have it. Any other location? Do you know the current price for it? I sure it will cost RM5k and above.

I'm pretty sure SMX doesn't have the 310ce model but i'm not sure Bentley has it either. You can always give them a call or check it out in Singapore. I might be selling my Taylor GS6 Flame Maple/ Spruce. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks

310CE now i think is at least RM6k.
SMX if not mistaken has a 2nd hand 300 series for RM4k+.

i met the seller before and his asking price is definitely RM4k+...just ask smx and see how much.
plus the case has been custom lined with cool looking blue fur.

I think that one is a 410ce, rather than the 300 series.

the refurbished one is a 414ce iirc =p

and ppl complain about gibson prices increasing.
in early 2000/01...a taylor 400 series was RM4k+ brand new.
now its RM6k+ brand new.

Well, the ES is a worthwhile upgrade.

well...thanks for the replies. Im actually looking for the x10-ce model as i like the Dreadnought model. I actually wanted the 810-ce but it cost RM8k++ or more! So what SMX has is the refurbished 414-ce? Meaning it's a 2nd hand but they totally rebuild? Its better if i can get a brand new one though...

oh ya....any online sites where i can buy a taylor and get it shipped over here? I've checked a few sites like Amazon, it seems they won't ship to malaysia. Darn....

even it's can be to shiped to here there will taxes n shipping fees altogether end up the price is almost the same here unless u go there n hand-carry back....or u can try singapore where they occasionally have some big sales for guitar....

Well, something like that. They patched up whatever that need to be patched up, gave it a fresh setup and thats bout it.

i wouldnt recommend shipping acoustics, especially Taylors.

btw, where did u see the 8 series for 8k+?

i remember it was online when they were doing some promo. I did a conversion from USD to RM though. But now it's retailed priced at USD 2799 which will cost almost RM10k after conversion.

just wondering, why would shipping an acoustic be a bad idea (esp. when u're using a reputable courier company)?
