I received bonus issue once in year 2003 and one more shares dividend early this year 2009.

I particularly don;t agreed his statement below :-

"My final say on PB, is that its not a stock you want to be holding in a market rally!!! Its a stock you want to be holding in a flat or negative market, its a f***ing defensive stock."

No matter is a rally, flat or negative market, i still hold on to it.

I don't discount that it is a defensive stock but it is also wrong to say trader don't hold this type of ctr in rally market.
This is very subjective, depending of individual preference. I consider myself a trader but i hold Pbbank for umpteen years.
My cost is RM2 during those day & i hold 4 lots given 1 lot free, end up with 2500units after consolidation & with some extra odd lots with d recent shares div.
total cost of investment is RM8 & the worth of today base on my holding is RM25 for a period of 6 years discounting all the div received through out 6 years.
25 - 8 = 17 net profit, almost 3X of return for 6 years, tat represent a 35% return a year. What more to say for a trader or div investor ???

irrespective long or short making money is the ultimate go for everyone, be it trader or investor.
individual preference. in the nut shell no right or wrong.
say PBB is non-other than PBB, from 1000shares balloon to 20000shares since listed, it also possible, no one deny that. Remember there was an article listed all the shares that u keep since inception. Millions in return by keeping just mere 1lot.
