For all the refunds made by Amazon either BOGO or not, i think Amazon trying extremely hard to keep their existing customer happy and supportive.

After all they know that your future sales thats counts and keep on coming once they build confidence within you customer.

And can you imagine the total sales per day from all around globe ! Returns & refunds is just part of their business contract with us customer and considering the fact its just a small part of the deal for earth biggest online store.
Thats just one of the reason Amazon.com is so successful today.

I'm still not decided which one to buy for my BD with PS3.
It's between Marantz SR4002 or Onkyo 605.
Price difference is that the SR4002 is around RM500 cheaper.

Anyone cares to comment ?
