hi, i am new here. i am a bunny lover as well. i can say that each bun bun has its own unique character i have two bun bun. one of my bun bun named June, female is just a normal breed. she is more friendly than my other bun bun, named Coco, male. June like to run close to me and touch me by using her nose in order to get attention. ..........Coco never do this to me eventhough he has been with me for one year ...... he will only let me touch him if i offer him food. however, both my bun bun have no problem in letting me pet them.....generally, bun bun like us to scrab their forehead beside their ears and under their chin ............bunny born to be a pray and thus do not like to be hold ............

change gradually by mixing 1/4 on first day, 1/3 second day, 1/2 on third day and so on. It must be diet if she is molting non-stop. Sometimes may not be lack of vitamins but overfeeding of high protein content. Excessive molting can be caused by stress and heat as well. If your rabbit is kept outdoors then it is most probably caused by heat. Underfeeding or Overfeeding may cause molting as well. Based on your prolonged case, I would suggest changing its diet. The vet is probably right.

Make sure your molting rabbit takes lotsa hay because when it groom itself, it will ingest a lot of fur and if not careful, a GI case will kill your rabbit in NO TIME. bear in mind, it is not the fur blockage that causes GI but some underlying problem like stress.

Oxbow is a very good brand. Since we have limited brands in Malaysia, Oxbow is the #1 rabbit pellet now. The rest of the pellets are way far behind except for the Sunseed Vitaplus carried by Pet Lover Centre. Forget about the current crap pellets you guys are feeding.

When you all stop buying sub-standard pellets, the demand will force all pet shops to reconsider what they carry. So far, those pellets does not fully cater for our rabbits' needs. They are just like junk food filling up their stomach. Time to switch over to Oxbow. It has been known to reduce urine odor. The nutrition is guaranteed. And it comes in 2 ranges - 15/23 is for bunnies below 6 months and Bunny Basics/T is for bunnies above 6 months.

Looking at the range itself you should realize that this brand truly have rabbits in their consideration when producing the pellets.

Oxbow 15/23 is made out of alfafa where protein is higher and meet the needs of your growing bunny.
Oxbow Bunny Basics/T is made of out Timothy Hay (that's why the T) where fiber is higher and that is the requirements for adult rabbits. They need higher fiber.

If you make a comparison of the guaranteed analysis, you will know that it is quality product. And when you smell the pellets, it is so different from the junks currently available. If you do not believe me, just take a pellet and taste for yourself. The taste different. I have chewed on local pellets and guess what? I could even bite SAND when I chew those LOCAL pellets. TOTAL CRAP! Imagine having sand in your rabbits stomach!

GET OXBOW!!!! KEEP THIS BRAND IN MALAYSIA!!! THROW ALL OTHER BRANDS BACK TO WHERE THEY BELONG!!! OUR RABBITS DESERVE BETTER PELLETS!!!!

NOTE: Please switch over to new brand gradually. DO NOT MAKE A 100% switch of pellets. Allow your rabbit's stomach to get use to the slow change.

No idea, my bunnies have never gotten sick before all these years. This is the first time. And today my father reported that my bunny appears to be alright. So he's gonna monitor her closely further to see how she develops over the next few days... and take her to the vet if she has a "relapse" or doesn't improve.

Oh ya.. I'm getting my Oxbow BB 15/23, BB/T, Botanical Hay & Orchard Grass from Beh this weekend! Yaaay!! Now Dino and the kits have more food choice!

would like to check with u all that my bun bun after taking the oxbow pallet, they consume lesser and lesser of the timorthy hay that i use to provide them. is it ok....or is it because of i increase the pallets for them and they feel so 'kenyang' already. .........i increase the pallets because  i notice that oxbow pallet is rather smaller in size compare to the hagen brand pellet that i use to feed my bun bun. i buy the oxbow pallets/Timorthy for my adult bun bun.........is the timorthy hay content good enough for my bun bun. ........i am afraid that if they do not consume the hay.....sooner or later will have the hair ball problem........or should i cut down on the oxbow pallet ? pls advice... The people at the shop don't even know what is good for the rabbits to begin with. When I requested them to carry Oxbow products also put up a proud face and say, "Ask the distributor to come with brochure and talk to us". $#%%#$#$ them la.......

went to beh stall last sat.
i wan to share my experience here.
i never went there before so i don know where is his stall or shop is.

so i go in and ask the guard, "bang, tau sini mana ada pet shop ka?"
he say, "apa?" then i answer, "kedai haiwan, tau dekat tingkat berapa?"
"ooo, kedai haiwan (taiwan) dekat tingkat LG. bawah, bawah"

so i went to the btm floor and all i can see is a lot of stall selling funny funny stuff.
got old CD, jed, crystal, antique and even coins.
so i went up again and search for the guard, "bang, tak de kedai haiwan."
"ada ada, manyak kedai haiwan (taiwan) dekat bawah"

then i say, "bukan taiwan, haiwan. arnab, kucing, burung, anjing."
"itu kena pergi wet market, sana ada jual ayam, kambing, lembu. sana ade kedai pet pet"   
(funnily, he know wet market but not pet shop, and i don know what is pet pet until today)

quite pissed off, i say thank you and walk out.
while having my coffee at starbuck my eyes accidentally caught some holland lop and ... haiz, there is his stall outside the door.
buy the oxbow and went back. happily. ho ho ho. 

i saw oxbow at pet shack (sunway) last saturday).

currently i still mix it with the previous pellets.
i just put some oxbow into it.
they adapt to it quite fast.
yesterday i gave them a ratio of 5:5 and this morning i saw them don have any sign of problem.

oh ya i saw in pet safari got sell oxbow also.
why suddenly got so many place also sell liaw.
look like we finally raise the awareness of quality food for rabbits. 

emm, i was looking for alfafa but bigger one.
at that time only got small package nia.
i got 3 rabbit and there eat like african child.
1KG can finish in like 1.++ week.
