bebee,
this is first time your bunny give birth or had gave birth before?? may be first timer lack of experience..but from my experience when a bunny seems tak tahu to take care of kits, after the second birth/litter.. i avoided breeding them..to prevent the died of kits..bcoz for me some doe just tak pandai take care of kits..e,g i had three does, but only one of them can be trusted in caring her kits until adult.. QUOTE(stalkie @ Jan 29 2008, 11:05 PM) Wow, if I get 2 packs of 5lbs it would be RM50. And that's almost the same as getting Oxbow 10lbs. The biggest different is that, Kaytee is expensive JUNK. Oh man....this is no good man....the wonders of being in the 3rd world country. We get 10th World junk foods too....sad case... The way I see it is that: 1) we always getting rejects from other countries or 2) maybe our pet shop operators here do not know what is best for our pets. Or maybe they do not know that Oxbow & APD exist Now we're back to square one...still talking about the best diet and how to get them. |

inexsis, you can judge yourself whether the pellet is ok for your rabbit to consume... just check out the nutrient and have a look inside the packet... if you can't find kaytee then try hagen brand, I used to feed hagen to Kimi for a long time...
anyway, don't worry too much on the pellets coz to me, pellets are more like "supplement" for rabbit and you should put more concern to hay... coz in any case hay play the important factor of your rabbit's health... Added on January 30, 2008, 8:51 amRM 25 is for walk-in customer so those with member card gets 10% discount which about RM 23 We can't expect much coz Malaysia is slow in progressing... they are progressing but slowly This post has been edited by stalkie: Jan 30 2008, 08:51 AM |

QUOTE(sangterap @ Jan 29 2008, 08:22 PM) I have not seen much of this Kaytee pellet around but looking at their website, I believe the guarantee analysis is the best of the worst out of all the rabbit pellets available locally. Pets Family and Pets Safari carry Kaytee pellets but I heard they are recently out of stock. I'm going to open my Oxbow later today Is it easily available in all petshops or only certain petshops carry this brand? If I ever run out of Oxbow, I'll need to get this best of the worst brand. LOL..... The protein level is high because they use alfafa as main ingredient. I believe there is not enough timothy hay to go around to produce good pellets out of them. Wonder when will the day arrive when Oxbow is widely available in Malaysia and all those good for nothing brands from Japan can go to hell for all I care....totally hopeless. Malaysia RABBIT community NEEDS OXBOW or American Pet DINERS!!!!!!!! argGGhHHhhhhHHhh....so damn frustrating....can't even get good RABBIT pellets in MALAYSIA.....everything else BOLEH but rabbit pellet TAK BOLEH..... |

QUOTE(inexsis @ Jan 30 2008, 06:47 PM) i want one !!!!!!!!! Not that I know of. Somehow the suppliers based in Singapore is not too keen of bringing that brand into Malaysia. Just do not know why as there is no good reason. Makes me wonder like mad. If you go to Oxbow website, there is a Malaysia flag there in the distributor page. But Malaysia in actual fact do not have Oxbow. And the contact on the distributor list is in Singapore.any of u guys ever tried to make [WTB] oxbow post bfore ? mayb there's an oxbow seller or agent out there selling privately....... Damn Damn STUPID!!!!! |

QUOTE(fyire @ Jan 17 2008, 03:04 PM) It would help if u can elaborate on what had happened to your previous rabbit, as most ppl will be rather apprehensive on letting somebody who had just 'lost' a rabbit adopt one of theirs just like that.. too long to elaborate.. but u guys can view my blog.. www.brokenheartweepingsoul.blogspot.com to read about my rabbit's death.. |
