Yeah i think it depends~
In Singapore, do NOT go to those pet store in shopping malls.
They are VERY VERY expensive.

I saw angora-lop being sold for SG$280.00 each and people still buy them.
It also depends on TRENDS!

According to the shop owner, the trend now (In Singapore) is
Lion, Dwarf and Lop. Angora used to be a trend last year but not so this year.
I saw an Angora rabbit being sold for SG$180.00 each in 'Pet Lovers Center' (12 months old)
(They have branches in Malaysia and Singapore too)

The expensive ones are Lion, Dwarf and Lop in Singapore.
Also, bunnies are generally more expensive then rabbits.
Pure Bred are also generally more expensive then mix.
Like in 'Pet Lovers Center', a PURE BRED Lion bunny would've cost like SG$440.00
and people still buy them.

I bought my Carpet for SG$100.00 (Pure Lion)
and my Marble for SG$70.00 (Angora mix Lop)
I got them cheap because they're self-bred (Not bought from shops)
and that the owner advertised them.

This is carpet and marble when they are 3 weeks old (or was it 4)

Don't mean to sound rude but I do not think Rabbits have feathers. Only birds do. IF you are referring to the "hair" it is called FUR.

I know a lot of people that wants to buy rabbits because they're cute~
And then goes on to leave them after that sad.gif
(Not implying that you're one of em)

But yeah, their pee are PHEW~
If you want a single rabbit, get female~
They spray less pee then the male one~

Hi..are u sure its diarrhea? don't get confuse with the soft stool as happen to me on the first few days after i bought Luli (my bunny)..diarrhea is something that is watery (like when human get diarrhea) and without any forms...if still have form its consider soft stool (normally it look like grapes)...based on my experience and as told by vet, u need to check their ears..are they cold or warm...if its warm then the rabbit is still in good condition...diarrhea can caused by stress or if your rabbit still young then they must have lick or drink their own pee...diarrhea very dangerous to bunny...hope ur bunny will be okay soon...

i can still remember when i found out that Luli's poo poo very soft and i thought its diarrhea...actually its soft stool.. laugh.gif
during that time when vet told me if the rabbit's ears is cold then he cant last any longer..i start crying again n again...very scared to lost him... sad.gif

hi, jaanu1128 explanation make sense also, do not mix up soft stools and diarrhea, soft stools is small, round, very soft, very dark in colour and moisture. those soft stools normally stick together and look like a banch of grape.......diarrhea is watery and it is very smelly, check yr bunny tails whether it is constantly wet and smelly......do not stress up yrself too much cos it will stress up yr bunny indirectly.........which can be a reason for diarrhea as well....just let yr bunny relax, give unlimited hay and water...........read up as much as u can on how to raise bunny. just click whatever u want to know in google and it will pop out a lot of useful website for u to refer.........hope this will help, good day. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I need more info on bathing rabbit~
Or rather, to remove yellow stains on their feet sad.gif

At the moment the cage i have is small for them
(Well, its ok since they're still small but they'll need a bigger cage when they grow up)

My plan at the moment is to just train them to use the potty first.
And then perhaps let them roam around the kitchen without having them to poop/pee everywhere but the potty. But yeah i still need to know how to remove those yellow stains on the feet sad.gif.

(I know lots of people say that its normal)
(But i guess its just psychologically cleaner)

try rabbit dry shampoo (powder form).. rub some powder into their feet, then wipe off the powder. make sure you remove the powder completely.

but pee stains are very stubborn and hard to remove. the best bet will be just to wait for the dirty fur to fall out over time.

Thanks again for the tip 11Jan,
You're very helpful as always happy.gif

Umm, the shop that i went too recommended me this 'FOAM WASH'
Some sort of 'dry shower shampoo' that's used for cats as well~

Can you tell me more about this dry shampoo thingy?
Better yet if you could give me an online site where i can purchase 'em
(Must be able to ship to Singapore)

Otherwise just a picture so that i can print them and show it to the employee working at the shop?
