Well, is up to you what you want to said about your rabbit is healthy or not, and NO ONE said your rabbit is unhealthy.

Secondly, I did not circle any of your rabbit's white stripe, dont know why you can think about people commen about white stripe is infected with something. biggrin.gif

Chin, please explain more about the pic of the rabbiti paste above. tq..

Sangterap already wrote out the answer on earlier post, the skin around the eyes area obviously have skin problem, if still not treated, it will stay forever bold that way with itch feeling. I am not the expert tho, but can be seen easily something is wrong.

Keeping Proudfoot comfortable...

Proudfoot is currently paralyzed from whatever hit her (suspect major stroke).

Head keeps tilting to the left, so my father and I put a piece of cardboard underneath it to keep it comfy, and put a rug around its head to support the head and give it a comfy place to rest its head on (when it tilts down). Covered it with a piece of towel cos it tends to get rather cold during the night time here.

Warning: following picture is not cute. don't click if you're expecting cute bunnies. photo is of my "hospice bed" setup for my darling Proudfoot (it's a she).

do you mean things like Nutri-Cal? I have read before people feeding nutri-cal gel to rabbits but have to double confirm on this.
*
I will suggest no need give anything to stimulate your rabbit appetite, get a discern pellet and hay, your rabbit will do well. N-Cal is too high in sugar, without any emergency, don't use it to pump up your rabbit, it will cause more harm them more good for your rabbit.

annetize, if you feel your rabbit it not eating, I will suggest you write down the amount your rabbit consume a day. Feeding small amount of fresh green alfalfa hay per day will also do a good job compare with other in-natural product to stimulate appetite. Too hot will also effect the appetite of your rabbit.

QUOTE(nicoty_yne @ Jun 24 2008, 12:55 PM)
I just out of Woodypet stock.. my fren forgot to get them from kl when he went back last wiken. But promised me to get them in the next 2 weeks..  At this momoent. i'm using vitacraft wood shaving as their litter material, except for Daddy. Daddy pees a lot. So i have to scoop all the woodypet in his tray becoz all wet. So now I'm using conservative litter tray for Daddy (layered a wire mesh on top of an empty litter tray to prevent him from soak with urine).

I changed Daddy's drinking bottle 2 weeks ago. From 250ml to 500ml. 250ml water a day seems not enough to him. He is such a kaki botol. The others only drink 100ml-200ml a day. But Daddy drinks 500ml in 24hours!! Daddy's urine is equal amount to the water he drinks.. Every morning and evening i have to clean his tray. There's about 200ml urine in his tray everytime i clean it out. Is it normal?

I cant let him out of his playpen. He pees everywhere, almost every 5-10 minutes (including on my comforter i put in my living area, and the sliding door curtain at the balcony!)

So i called the vet this morning. But the vet said, as long as Daddy's urine is watery and clear , it is ok... If the urine was yellow (or darker color) and thick, then i shud worry...

But i'm still worry la...

Never saw yellow poo before.. But i think 2 months old is not an appropriate age to feed fruits and vege.. maybe u shud stick to the hay and plain water. Dont change the diet suddenly.. Better go to the vet. My 1st rabbit died after i feed him with half of a grape! (my wrong!).. so dont simply feed ur rabbit at this age..

it's GIST actually..I just apply the wet part of the strawberry to pellet..

They won't starve them self, you just leave pellet there and give sometime, they will eat. Giving unlimited of timothy hay is good sign your rabbit keep on eating the hay. Make sure water is available and easy to drink from the bottle. smile.gif

Agree with above. sad.gif Actually it is very normal to thinking of breeding, but breeding by just putting male and female together without study, research or prepare is not adviceable. BUT STILL, thousands upon thsouands of small pet owner, not only Malaysian, is doing it. sad.gif
