What will be the advised budget? How much do I need to spent on the cooling system and etc...?
And, I would like to ask is there any cooling system that can be install WITHIN the casing? Which mean I don't want any third party item to appear outside my rig..(My room is too small ? LoL)

Why not you read some of the FAQ's which are pinned to get started? It's up to you how much to spend and a stock cooler can also overclock. HSF are always inside the casing and those which you say are outside is probably water cooling solutions.

stock cooler would limit the OCing to around 2.6ghz at most I'd say, of course you can go higher la but the limit i'm referring to is in thermal issues. i tested, stock cooler at around 3ghz onwards is not advisable.
