Been there..saw it..touch it..play around with it..only haven't test drive yet laugh.gif tongue.gif

Went to Hicom Glenmarie today with my colleagues to take a look @ the car..not much people as what i have expected but was happy coz i can touch and feel my future 'wife' as long as i could tongue.gif

Don't want to touch much on the exterior coz we've seen the pictures before hand but it looks more gorgeous when you go and see it real life..The built is pretty solid, spacous boot space for a small car, no more TIN saga and the black lining that you guys fear about fits perfectly @ it's place biggrin.gif

The first thing i would like to touch about the interior is about the spaciousness..even tall ang mohs should be able to sit comfortably inside the car thumbup.gif..The interior theme is simple but nice..The meter panels are way better than Savvy's panel and the dashboard doesn't have any cheap plastic feel..The aircond dials are bit smaller than normal but it won't be much a problem for me..few drink holders as well (5 to be exact)..the only thing i am not that happy about the dashboard is the glove box is the same one with Savvy's and the power outlet is nearly hidden under the aircond dials..The steering + front seats is adjustable (up and down)..

The engine compartment is also much has more space..a very good thing indeed for car enthusiasts thumbup.gif should be able to put in a turbocharger + intercooler + K&N air filter wink.gif

Can't wait to test drive the car..hoping that the SA calls me tommorow biggrin.gif Want to see how the car's handling would be like..according to Paul Tan's review, the handling is identical with Savvy which is a good thing..

You are wrong, read paultan and motortrader articles on the new saga properly and they mentioned that there are more bodyroll on the new saga, so this is not a sporty handling car like the savvy. The suspension is tuned more for comfort like the persona although this new saga should handle better than the myvi, viva and the previous gen of saga.

But without a doubt with its huge engine compartment, it has alot of potential for aftermarket modding. I even think u can fit a 1.6 engine easily! thumbup.gif

proton should do what it is supposed to do - to enable everyone to own a car and with this new Saga, perharps Proton is on the right track again. RM30k++ is a real deal..

Sounds to me Proton is doing what Tata is doing in India with the Nano car. Heck, the new saga is way better than the Nano! tongue.gif
