Guys im looking for long term and doubt with these two companies, Aeon and Calsberg, im buying 1000 shares, which will you choose?

I think Aeon is a better choice right since it is on uptrend since it dropped from 18 to 15 now and i believe it is on uptrend now.

As a newbie investor, hope you guys can help, still learning about PEG, EPS etc.

Example if dividend pay out ex-date is 10/09/13,
I buy at 05/09/13, and sell in 10/09/13, will I still get dividend?

Not just for U as I think most will get odd lots if they subscribe to the dividend reinvestment plan. And odd lots are a headache as difficult to sell and brokerage fee is damn high, e.g. U might get 12 share of maybank and if U try to sell it at say RM9 for just RM108, U need to pay brokerage of like RM40.

well if you're trying to sell then i guess it might be a headache. if like me you'd just want to keep reinvesting the dividends then why not?

Can you buy shares on credit term and later go to the firm to pay by credit card/debit card?

Can anyone please xplain how the queue buy system works?

Say if there's 2 person queuing to buy with same price but different amount and time;

Mr X queued buy 2,000 unit on 4.00pm.
Mrs X queued buy 1,000 unit on 4.15pm.

So when there's a selling queue that match their buying price but only with the amount of 1,000 unit, who will get it first?

A company share price is rm 1, the company also has warrant with a price of 0.6 , and ex-price of 0.4.

This week company decide to issue dividend for it's share say rm0.05,
will it's warrant's ex-price be auto adjusted ? i.e. ex-price goes to 0.35 or will ex-price remains 0.4?

normally what will happen to warrant price on the ex-date the mother share  pays out dividend?

To exercise a warrant, is it necessary to pay the exercise price?
can the payment amount be deducted from the volumes of warrant shares?

Say if the warrant price is 0.010, exercise price 4.00 with ratio 10:1
owned 500,000 unit
instead of forking out 4.00, can it be deducted from 400,000 unit of the existing warrant shares owned?
