Can anyone advise if 1 have any of MUIIND loan stock (MUIIND-LA, MUIIND-LB or MUIIND-LC), i will be albe to convert it to the mother share right (1:1)?

How come the loan stock share price is much lower than the mother share. if i buy in the loan stock share at RM0.18 i can immediately make profit (assume MUIIND at 0.22 currently)? correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks hmm.gif

You have to check the conversion ratio and the exercise price.
*
Exercise/Conversion Period Type : 8 Year(s)
Revised Exercise/Conversion Period Type : 0 Year(s)
Exercise/ Conversion Ratio : 1:1
Mode of Satisfaction of Exercise/Conversion Price : Tendering of securities
Settlement Type/ Convertible into : Physical (Shares)
Remarks : Conversion Price:
RM1 nominal value of Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks (ICULS) for
every one (1) new fully paid-up ordinary share in the Company, subject to any
adjustment as may be made pursuant to the Trust Deed executed by the Company.
The minimum value for conversion required is RM100 nominal value of ICULS.

You mean delisted?

No, for ordinary warrant, you need to convert to mothershare before it expired at the exercise price set before.
If not, the warrant just rotten even it worth a lot.

Only CW got cash settlement aka repay you what the warrant worth.
*
Are you mean that we can get back cash after the CW expired, assume if we didn't excise/ change to mother share?

Renounceable rights issue of up to RM77,213,675 nominal value of 7-year 7%
irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks (ICULS) at 100% of its nominal
value on the basis of two (2) RM0.10 nominal value of ICULS for every one (1)
existing ordinary share of RM0.20 each held in Pantech Group Holdings Berhad
("Pantech") as at 5.00 P.M. on 26 November 2010 together with up to 77,213,675
free detachable warrants (Warrants) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every
ten (10) ICULS subscribed for.

Anyone can advise what is 7-year 7% irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks (ICULS)?
I can get 7 % interest each year? Can it convert to mother then?

Yes, you will receive 7% based on Par value of the ICULS.

Yes, it can be converted to mothershare at the ratio set.

It is always based on payment date, disregard the payment is for what year.
It is always based on the date you received money.

So, 2011
