Do I need to pay any of the balance (RM 5000) on the fourth day aka settlement date first before receiving the profit on the 5th or 6th day? Confuse a little bit And Thank You |

QUOTE(mynewuser @ Apr 24 2009, 07:11 PM) Regarding DIVIDED, Why most company need to adjust the price after ex-date. Eg, If div 10sen, after ex date the price will drop 10sen. That's why don't wait for the div payout. Buy and sell when you think the price and time is correct! If this the case, it no point to pay divided as the company only use our money to pay us. Somemore, we need to pay income tax for the divided. |

For Tambun OR issue, i understand that it will be Rights Issue with Warrants 2 : 5. Mean you get 2 OR with Warrant for 5 mother shares. What will be the price of the warrant ?

QUOTE(rayng18 @ May 3 2012, 06:43 PM) yes you will get 2OR for every 5 mother shares andyou will get the warrant if you subcribe for the RI. Price of the warrant has yet to be determined okay. the WA price has yet to be determined. Tambun mother share price after OR listing will be 0.357 + Tambun-WA price. Is that correct ? |

QUOTE(rayng18 @ May 4 2012, 08:40 AM) the ex price for tambun is RM0.56 which already taken into account of the RI and W. okay. thanks for your explanation. Based on ex price of 0.564 and current trading price of 0.535, it is worth to buy, right ?ex price = (5*0.59)+(2*0.50) / (5+2)=0.564 round down to RM0.56 based on closing price of 0.59, value of OR on ex date should be RM0.075 [(0.59-0.56)*5/2] |
