Can I do trading on Warrants, Structured Warrants and Loan Rights the same way that I trade with common stocks?

Can I buy them off the stock market eventhough I don't have any of their mothershares?

Is the transaction fee the same as trading common stocks? In your experience, is it cheaper or more expensive?
