I read the article, calculate Share issue required to reduce 库存回购股, but i have no idea what it is in English term

However, i couldn't get the Share issued as 107,790,000 ?

Share capital - Tressure share = 109,903,000 - (6,187,950) = 103715050 , which i can't figure out to get the exact value '107,790,000'

I didn't really get it ...i checking on KPJ annual report on year 2008

AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL : RM500,000,000
ISSUED & FULLY PAID-UP CAPITAL : RM209,736,615 less RM620,800 Treasury Shares = RM209,115,815
CLASS OF SHARES : Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each

So how many outstanding share ? btw, Outstanding share means numbers of share hold by investor right ?
