That part i understand, u need to have a willing buyer and willing seller at the same price for the transaction to be complete, but from this transaction how does it affects the price up or down?

If alot of ppl bought it at RM1.00, then all the RM1.00 bawang in the red market sold out...and if you wanna buy bawang merah, the cheapest is RM1.10 now. And mayb you keep buying at RM 1.10 until no stock, the next cheapest price would be RM1.20...So price increases...

Share price is dictated by the market force aka buyer and sellers in the market. If the rest of 80 or 95% of shareholding doesn't intend to buy and sell, the it is the rest market force dictate the share price.

Share price up or down doesn't affect daily company business operation. So it doesn't benefit the company. Having said that, share price is a reflection of company fundamental strength.

Ths for sharing...

But if the share price up in the market, the management team can take profit by selling some of his stock also, right..? n can the company itself declare new ordinary share to market from treasury in a higher price since now the market price for its company share already up..?

or is there anything like a manual/reference to M2U OST ? the user guide only explains general usage, not technical terms sad.gif...

They calculate Buy Rate with this formula,

Buy Rate = Total Buy Volume / (Total Buy Volume + Total Sell Volume)

Yes.
No, need approval from shareholders.

Ths htt smile.gif

Means if the major share holder is from it's company management team, then they will approve to issue new share, in order to raise fund with a higher share price since thier share price in the market has been up, right..?

Theoretically every shareholders can vote, but if that matters to the interest of majority shareholders, they should refrain themselves for voting. Theoretically one, in real world, very few issue will matter their 'interest'. tongue.gif

And there is always something called proxy...  tongue.gif
