<OT>I would advise you to go to a solicitor and tell them how you want your estate to be handled after your death and they will write you a legal, enforceable will and arrange for executors and probate etc. Writing a will is very inexpensive and should not cost more than a few hundred dollars asssuming your affairs are not complicated.</OT>
