That is why those holding Master or whatever in Investing are not guaranteed to be Billionaires.

Could stand a higher chance than the rest.

Investing is all about Fear and Hope.

Even External Auditor's report carries some missing words " Hoping that the company would be able to operate on going concern basis ***", thereafter, auditors would be able to get constant yearly fees. They treat their clients kinda " long term Investments" also.

Some investors are hoping dividends come forever.

Not the wrong way also.

*** duty of auditors to say so, if foresee companies not able to operate on Going Concern Basis.

Good :
Increase EPS
Decrease PER

PE is also short name for PER.

its a tough call bro, but of course you have to start somewhere.. flex.gif so of course its possible, but in your case i wouldn't say play shares..looks to me more of a long term investment (since you're looking at 1-2 years).  nod.gif

if you ask me, i would suggest you to look at fundamental based stocks, of course that you'll have to spend some time researching and finding the right one that would suit you, and also something that you'll be comfortable in terms of your capital..

another thing, if you only have RM2000 in your bank account, you may not want to put all of it in the stock market, its better to keep a portfolio thats diversified.

im not a pro, so this is all the advice i can give you, bro..in anyway, its good to start of somewhere, we all did so hope your journey becomes a profitable one for you in the long run.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Is it possible to transfer shares between 2 different individual ie. from my mother to myself?
What documents do i have to submit?
Any difference in procedures if the transferor and transferee are related?
May I know how much does it cost?

Transfer of shares can only be made between close family members. So like in you case - mother to son - it is possible. Just go to the broking firm where you mum bought that shares.

* You will be charged RM10 per share transfer.
* Bring along any documents that show proof of your relationship : i.e birth certificate
* Your mum ( transferor ) must sign the transfer form and the broking firm will first need to verify her signature.

Actually you ( transferee ) and your mum ( transferor ) do not need to be presence to make the transfer. If you have a good rapport with your remisier, he can do all that for you. Just give all the above documents and transfer fee to him to complete the transfer.
