Hiya, I know this game has been out for more than 5 yrs already, but just wondering if anyone playing fwo/pso here ? Or at least played before. ;p

erm i though this game was buy by some oversea company and shift over to oversea ><! now host by cib company again @_@" erm... so not many player playing huh ?

well there was a time where Phoenix give licence to an europe company to host SRO (not silk road online ler.. that time no silk road online yet lol, it's call Storm Riders Online). Server is in UK. But then it was closed due to lack of players...

So now CiB is hosting it now. Got 2 servers. Green Kirin and Fire Kirin servers. Green Kirin is the FWO servers.. while Fire Kirin is a new server after CiB start hosting.. now quite afew players playing... not as much as in fwo ob.. but alot more compared to sro.

wahh.. if wanna start again might play staff xD but if wanna start i also wanna have new identity xD dont wanna live in history =D

but @_@ levleing again from 1 to chain >.< and being underdog during training =(

I used to play until the 4th beta I think, nicknames were Robin_Hood & Sharpshooter. We used to run SMC and always raided KoH etc etc haha those were the days where you can take control of the whole guild.Not sure if you can still do it now

oh my this is so once upon a time... played this game in beta2 or b4 prolly yr 2002... was enjoying it since its my 1st mmo. the game was simple n direct which was good at dat era imo.

beta3 onwards, the game attracted more n more players, more features n improvements were demanded n implemented. the most unacceptable thing to me was they made it p2p after OB. think it was rm30+ for a month n the Tikam Crap Sh*t... i stopped bcos of it...

well my earliest id was wat i m in here, a proud swc master. cant recall the id used in other betas lol shame... the last char was named Mugen a bow/staffer light build... it was fun

btw hows the population curently?

yes it's fung wan online. it's never closed... just hosted by different company and change name/management =)

not quite sure what you mean by control the whole guild.. now the clan can ally unlimited guild... think of it as a small clan within the 5 huge clans.

can drop by and see what's new in the game =)

i don't have the exact number on how many ppl r playing but i'm estimating population is around 200-300 players.


now FWO is on version 1.3, meaning the tian xian map is out ! plus all lp for bow, all lp for staff are ingame, ua has rlp, rsk, csp (2 more not out yet), while sword has bf and sls21 now =)

wow sounds good... been hearing abt this tian xia thingy years ago lol n now finally...

hmm im interested in the LP updates. all staff lp? i mean how many do they hav? the snake(forgot name), the storm animation 1, n the poison immune, n thrs more? wth? sword lp still the old bf n shen ling style...

how abt sabers?

at this time PSO has the latest game now... (well SRO has it too but too few players playing it). the tian xia town really nice.. and new tyc town too... and old noob town r all gone (dong/nan/xi chang all gone) now got 3 new noob town all in 1 big nice map

one good thing about this game that i found very nice which no other games can compare is the involvement of the community/players + the war game... =)

staff has 3 lp now, wskf (poi immune), cobra(the big snake) and rot (rod of thunder)

sword has 3 now... sls21 is the 1.3 lp... aoe blind .. and the anime nice too...

saber has ice heart (sell buff ar/ice dmg/resist), aohan (aoe ice) and cof (aoe fire/bind)

each stance has 3 lp now (if i'm not wrong) =)

soo... do hope in and check it out when u have time

yea it is... lol i think i had the same feeling as lazo to find out our old acc is still available... kewl i had 3 chainers... a ua 102, sword/bow 125, staff/bow 123... imagine how much time i had spent omg wat was i...

u sure were hardcore lvler ;p you could transfer ur char from Green Kirin server (old fwo server) to new Fire Kirin server if you wish.. but u'll loose all ur items and 25% lvl. =) now most ppl playing in Fire Kirin.

yea definitely found green kirin to be bit too silent... how do u transfer char between server? gm help? any charges? lose all items including ALL items? 25% of lvl means 25 lvls in 100 lvls?

transfer process will need to be requested. Need to send email to firekirin@pso.com.my and request your char to transfer from 1 server to another. Note that it does takes 2-4 weeks minimum for this process to be completed.

one way of not loosing it to transfer to alt... unless u have hero items then too bad.

yeah 25% means lvl 100 u loose 25 lvls.

I can't say the GM in pso is good now but it's DEFINATELY better than the previous ones in PSO.

err lvls lowered means sum stat/power/skill/etc pts oso gone... those pts ive distributed to my desired build, so how r they going to take out my pts?

lol one good thing about moving char from 1 server to another is that...

once your char is transfer to fire kirin... all your stat pts/stance pts/skill pts/power pts are all free up !!!

which means u got to make different build !

hmm is the email u provided correct? i saw emails in websites like:

is the borang permintaan necessary to do char transfer? they want my ic/driving license/student id... gosh...

er.. i got mixed up with the email.. the one u got is the correct one.

I'm not sure if the boring permintaan is required or not. Do email them and ask them what you need to do to transfer your char. I know you can but I never know how the process is done. ;p

gosh... u know wat... ive contacted a gm n he said its 3/4 (75%) not 25%. this is reli discouraging...

that can't be right lol.... there r some players that got their char transfered.. and they lost 25%.. not 75%... i'll double confirm and let u know again. =)

if 75% gone then it's really discouraging...

Added on January 22, 2008, 1:24 pmok.. i just double checked with friends, u'll get 75% lvl remains... i think you misinterprets what that GM means.

some updates:
1. any items that's lootable in fire kirin server can be transfered from green kirin server.
2. gm add this condition last minute: main stance is not reseted. meaning say if u r lvl 110 and u r saber/ua with 96 pt on saber and 14 pts on ua. u'll only get 14 pts free stance after transfer. =)

this is what we were told by the gm.. but do double confirm with them again b4 transfering to avoid any misunderstanding. =)

but yea they dun reset ur char completely, but i think ive got some advantages over it, skill n skill pts r not reseted which means i hav as much skill pts as i was b4 in green kirin

n i could use lvl100 weapons lol but cant after taking it off... dam

do plan ahead on what you want to do with your char ;p

Yaa.. cool game so far. Started in Swift Meaning Clan, from a small and weak clan somewhere in 2005 till quite strong now. Every war we expects around 80-90 ppl in one map during raid.

Cap opened at 200. Gem suppose to capped already hehe..

Unfortunately server down now hahahaha.. should be up again tomorrow.

They should just release the game's server files already:p still wanna milk the dead cow.. even the developers also tutup kedai already..

If transferring account didn't reset the stats then it will be unfair to new players since they don't have those extra stats ? Means the old players they already have 100 level punya stats/skills then transfer liao still have but they become level 75 and they train up to 100 get another 25 level mia skill points ...

So unfair like this where got people wanna play ?

FWO hosted by CIB? no thanks... even thou i like to read the comics but, i wouldn't support CIB hosting game. alot conflict happens when we played RYL, the mgmt sided the VIP tht giving alot cash to them and giving free item to those VIP (Special treatment for VIP and Dissaster for normal player).

It's not the game play not good, and i don't blame the game instead the management itself. Due to this issue, alot my friends stop playing the game been hosted by this company.

i rather spent my cash on a well balance game instead of the management interfere the game play.

i think even CIB has dropped fwo.. i never seen inside ..
