Why did Gainward labeled GTX260 216 Core as Limited Edition ?

when they haven't released the Golden Sample ..

until now !

NVIDIA GeForce GTX260 (55nm) !

more info here [ http://www.gainward.com/main/product/vga/p...-0025-00106.pdf ]

does this mean 55nm is a better choice compared to 65nm ?

hmm .. initially i thought of getting the original Gainward GTX260 "Limited Edition", then suddenly look at website .. saw new one Gainward GTX260 GS (is this 216core or 192core?) they never stated it anywhere hmm.gif vmad.gif

actually, i like the design of the "Limited Edition" more .. but i think the new gtx260 gs (55nm) with the 2-fan cooler is much better for OC / performance.
