guys,wanna ask,are there significant benefit going for quad sli?i got 9800GX2 currently.using a 790i ultra sli mobo.i only play dota and rts style games.do these games take advantage of multi gpu setup?

another thing,i think my gpu fan controller died la.coz looking at evga precision and nforce control panel,both says 0% gpu fan.even gpu-z says the same thing.should i just plug the gpu fan directly onto the mobo(so full 100%fan 24-7)and add in zalman fan controller in between?idle at 60degrees,can't tahan liao.the fan is working (still spinning).

my 750W psu enough to support 9800gx2 quad sli la.checked the current ratings already.even in command and conquer series no advantage of quad sli meh?coz i wanna crank up the aa and af to the max.now 4x only

coz i'm thinking of having 2 9800gx2's in quad sli but 1gpu die on physx.so it's sort of 3 way sli but the 4th gpu dedicated for physx.but still,i dun have any games that utilize physx T_T

erk?i know how to do it la.just the fact that if i crank it up to the max,current cooling won't be sufficient.even idle at 60-65degrees in a well ventilated case (all cable management,fan position,fan speed optimized already). that's why i ask if i go for quad sli,theoretically i would be able to crank up all the settings without having my gpus overheat.coz the processing power is shared,so by right less stress on each gpu and hence less heat.that's what i think not that i dunno how to force d aa and af .

guys,i'm having a prob with my asus striker II 790i.i've already installed the latest gpu driver,latest 790i bios.when i insert my 2nd gtx 280,my pc does detect it.install etc no prob.restart pc,try playing GRID,so smooth.no prob at all.so i shutdown my pc.next morning,i turned my pc on.it starts but the lcd poster said CPU initializing.so i reset cmos,restart pc a few times (push the power button) then only can go into windows.i doubt my pc all ok.then try restart.the same thing happen.i've managed to reflashed my bios using the older bios 13xx if not mistaken instead of 1402.pc only okay for a couple of sessions then it starts making the same problem all over again.this only happens in SLI mode.if i only use single gpu (any of my gtx 280's),there isn't any problem at all.is it my 3rd pci-e 16x problem or what?pls help
