Yes, why don't you just ignore the age limit? I strongly believe many of the teams do have a variety of age group. If you set the age limit, then there will be a lot of team couldn't meet the qualification

And, isn't hat has just against your own statement?

Open = Open to anyone, anybody, any people, any race, any national, regardless age, gender, background etc.

Last time I joint a open chess competition, I confront with kids aged 10, and old man like 50++, so I guess this should be what the "OPEN" meant by.

So, cancel the age limit and do like razin_iylia12's suggestion: under 18 have to sign the parental consent. Or just simply ignore it bah, after all this is just a inter-state tournament, not yet a world class one. So that my team can join too.

Sorry, question, again. Can one team divided into 2 teams for 1 same competition?

Example :
ClanXYZ #1 and ClanXYZ #2 join DOTA tournament.

To mention this to avoid fighting own people. Round one : ClanXYZ vs ClanXYZ

Title states that the date is from : 7th - 9th (Friday till Sunday)
But what time exactly on that particularly Friday?
Most students usually are having classes until afternoon time.

I'm from INTI Nilai anyway (Close to Seremban there)

To the organizer : Sorry to say this, but I would strongly recommend you to reset the date for this event. As you all know, this coming saturday is election day. This day would be a very busy day for many people.
And THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is, there is a probability and chance that chaos will occur during the election day. For that, safety could be a problem as well. Please take this matter into deep consideration! thank you very much

Erm sorry for the "election matter". For my team consists of many young kids >.<, their parents are very concern of this matter. Anyway, joining the tournament wouldn't be much problem now. Now the left over problems we have are:

1. We are all students, we don't have our own transport; therefore we fully rely on public transport. Can anyone teach us the cheapest and fastest route to travel from Seremban to MMU? (Or from Subang Jaya optionally)

2. Since we are using the public transport, we might need to depart 1 day earlier(which is on Friday), so can anyone help us(or tell us) where to overnight? *We don't really mind paying as long as it is reasonable.

If above problems are solved, I think my team confirm will join the tournament.
