Yes, why don't you just ignore the age limit? I strongly believe many of the teams do have a variety of age group. If you set the age limit, then there will be a lot of team couldn't meet the qualification

So, cancel the age limit and do like razin_iylia12's suggestion: under 18 have to sign the parental consent. Or just simply ignore it bah, after all this is just a inter-state tournament, not yet a world class one. So that my team can join too.
