Many years ago, there's a spot near Kallang to catch FS, called Red House aka called Ang Chu.

Our method of catching FS is kinda different though. We will get those transparent fruit plastics bags from ntuc and a styrofoam box from wet market. Then we will go to the spot and try to shake the bushes into the box and see if there's any FS in there and put them into the plastic bag. Well, sometimes u will be surprise what's the in box

Hey guys, had been reading this forum. FS is one of my fav hobbies during young time. My friend and I had been catching fs for the past few weeks and fought them. Sorry too excited to record video during fights lol. Most of them are ice cream fights though

This is my friend's 2nd king aka Gold Dust(it's a kop pao)





He's around 7-8mm in size. One of his legs lost due to an aggressive fight between his first king.
NTU seems to be a good spot! Can i know the exact location so we can go hunt there next time?

Hello Ken, my friend don't really like to browse through forums We are staying near to Kallang area quite near to Kop pao i guess.

Was about to take video for today fights after hunt but most of them are either ice cream or very unclear video

Anyway we caught 3 fs today at the west side, 1 large, 1 large-medium(friend's fs) and 1 medium fs. Fought the large fs with my first king, and he managed to win with a push and a kop. Now he's my first king now, named him Tank
Here's a pic of it.


Although he's quite big in size, his movement seems to be slow and not very active.

Most of our fs are still too weak to challenge you guys yet, guess will become food instead. Haha. We had about 10 fs in total but decide to only keep our top 3 and let go the rest as it's a hassle to take care of so many of them.

To Ken25, we are deciding whether to go to NTU too but we dunno the way there and it starts to rain at 12 plus. If we go there, we might see you there =D Omg, 13 fs, what a great catch. Any good fighter?

Newbie here. Can I join you guys for hunt next time? We have a few fs but all are too weak liao. Compare to you guys, it's like 小屋见大屋.

Our FS totally no fight lah, the gap is too wide liao. Tomorrow might going fs hunt, place still not decide yet, maybe adam park bah. Hope able to catch one or two to match with u guys

But Tank is still too weak, totally lost to my friend's 1st king although he's bigger in size, haiz. Is it those fs just caught always ice cream?

Hi guys, my friend went for a hunt with you guys today. When he saw your fs, he told me our fs sizes compared to u guys fs is too much difference liao! It's a laughing stock. Guess our perception of size is totally off, haha. So pai seh My fs can rename to minitank liao.

Hi Dreamchaser1, why didnt u come today? it was quite fun.....we got a few but released more after they lost. Tml we'll be meeting again, time and place yet confirmed, will have a century match between Robocop and Joy...haha...Bro KopPao, rest ur Joy well tonite, tml is going to be more fun!!!

Hey guys, nice meeting u all today. Terminator is definitely the biggest fs i ever seen. The arms so long, wide and hairy sia. Vincent caught a 1 arm mid-size kop pao, at least it dare to fight with terminator and 4-5 chops involved in that fight, obviously he lost =D

For me, i caught a mid size normal fighter, totally forgotten about him when we are having match

Total caught about 5-6 fs at ntu, but all is too small.

Will most probably going for tomorrow's hunt. Confirm with u guys again.

Ya Bro, that was the "highlight" of a bad miss man... saw the face all white when i open the leaves, confirm male, somemore got size and "orh orh", really cant see any color on him...!Was looking at him for some time before i "action" and what a waste man..! Didn't know there is a branch behind and was "pushed" off when i draw the leave towards me, tot i had him...haiz... anyway yesterday was alot of fun and alot of matches, pity didn't video all of them cause guess all of us were too excited... Robocop vs Caca, then Robocop vs Aris, very impressive fights for Robocop, gues next time is Aris vs Terminator...
Carnage also had a piece of action with Kenz's Blackie (right?), Carnage was injured on his back leg but luckily never drop off...phew... Yesterday also brought along all my FSes so my "Sup paos" also have some good matches with the rest and tested them all the way towards the end of the day, fight until cannot fight... haha.. gotta rest them well man...

Today we continue the hunt but the morning session was quite bad at NTU, guess the place is exhausted liao....left in the aftern cause going out, how's the hunt? heard have some fighters?

Bro Viper88, will try out ur method too if we manage to find a female chop fs. But so far we dun even bother to catch them. When i first saw Terminator, he was in a relax mode and u can see his hairs on his arms clearly, bright in colour too, definitely the biggest fs i ever seen so far. Hope to see him in action again =D

Bro Ken25 surprised us again when he remembered he had a few "flower pot" fs in his car, and when we see their sizes, we were quite shocked. All at least M size. When he mentioned that there are a few more at his flower pots, we all synchronized asked him where's his house at.

Bro BTL's chili padi had an aggressive fight with bro kopao's sup, although chili won, he died 1 hour after that fight. Can see he's quite sad. He will be posting the fight as a remembrance of him.

Actually they were planning to fight Robo vs Hulk yesterday but cant make it the last minute. But i guess robo will be too weak to fight too. Sigh. Guess they will be meeting later to fight Hulk vs Kenzo or Termy. Already instructed them die die must take video liao

Heard from Yuda that he caught a couple fs at Upper Thomson which almost killed Carcadon, slighter bigger than Carcadon too. That's another champion category fs to watch out.

Was quite surprised with the results, which lasted only 6 seconds. Termy is slightly bigger than Hulk. After that match, Termy seems to be rubbing its fang and legs, a bad sigh . Hope he will recover and match with Hulk again.

Should be somewhere around fusion polis building. It's my friend who caught it, I didnt went with him that day as he went from work. I went there twice to catch before, all small size and ice cream
That ass is too lucky to find one a big one there. Still prefer ntu over there, as the chances to find even a M size is consider hard at buona vista.

Totally agreed with what you have said regarding about your findings bro. We too realized that our fs getting weaker as days go by ever since we started feeding them with crickets, especially mine, might have something to do with the leaves we provided them and lack of oxygen. Thus I had free all of them 2 days ago outside my plants.

We sparred Hulk with one of the fs the day before meeting Bro Edwin today and discovered there's something wrong with him when he hesitate to fight. His legs are still sticky, movements still okay just that something is not right. Vincent decided to put him back into the wild for a day or two to observe him. Letter of challenge has been issued to Bro Edwin already on this coming Sat. Let's hope it will be a great match

Morning guys, some updates on Hulk.

After fighting transformer, Hulk has not been very active, seems like his days are up. Vincent free him at a spot in Kallang way during monday evening. However when he went back yesterday to look for him, he was nowhere to be found.

He said will go back to look for him today or tomorrow. Let's hope for the best.

Hey guys, took half day leave to comb the spot at Kallang Way with Vincent. After a tired search, we managed to find Hulk back!! Was quite surprised we are able to find him back cause that place is quite big. He was hiding on a big leaf with a dry leaf on top of it. Caught a fs to spar with him and confirmed it's him.

So this sunday's match will be Transformer : Revenge of the fallen
