My guesses at where this is going:

Noe and Shinichiro realises that what they have for each other is more of an infatuation and Noe gives him up for Hiromi. Shin realises he's using Noe as an outlet for his feelings for Hiromi.

Hiromi is not be Shin's sibling. Was probably just born from Shin's mom's paranoia/jealousy or something. They realise each other's feelings and get together.

Ai-chan...will not win. Sadly.
But if she does, i'll be delightfully surprised.
(but she has the best chance to bed shin 1st during his confusion )

after being together with hiromi, shin notice that he also has feelings for noe and cant decide which one to choose.

During this confusion, Ai-chan said that it's ok if Shin'ichiro doesn't love her as long as he acknowledges it. They had sex during school festival at the nurse room as it is said to be a tradition of their school, only to be voyeur-ed using hidden cam by their seniors.
