'pliak pliak' sound come out from my tweeter, wats the problem? is it my tweeter blown

wanna ask u guys, sifu-sifu... bot a component set recently and now found out heard some weird 'pliak pliak' tone form some songs come out from my tweeter.. does it mean i blown my tweeter??by turning the volume to hi??

yr "pliak pliak" sound will usually comes with another sound "kaching kaching"
 if it only occurs to some songs and not all, assuming they are recorded mp3, then most probably bad tracks/recording .. |
