 so, US 80GB MGS4 bundle is pretty good value USD499 (before taxes) - 80GB PS3 with PS2 BC capability - MGS4 game - DS3 - a free PSN game - collectible MGS4 bundle box  too bad, hard to source this around here, unless know a good importer and ways to avoid kastam tax  |

eh? u mean Celcom/SonyStyleMY is bringing in MGS4 Asian version to be sold officially in Malaysia on June12th?
if true, that is great news  official PS3 in Malaysia this year?  let us know if/where/when we can preorder special edition MGS4. i think some ppl here are eager enough to pay for it upfront if there is a preorder list for special edition  |

anyway, it sounds like good news. it appears they want to promote celcom products, so they bring in some konami games and sponsor some events. sounds like a fair deal now i'm just wondering if their celcom broadband service works well with PSN online games or not  |

i think konami are not ready for so much interest in their MGO beta.
last time when the put up servers for Subsistence Online, after the first few months, there were so few ppl playing that they close it down |

get a new US set (80GB if possible) if your lugagge can fit (not sure abt kastam tax though). even if u don't intent to own it, can sell when you back in Malaysia for good price

 someone brought up an interesting point, since there are TWO versions of Asian version (JPN & ENG), i wonder what servers Asian players will be connecting to for MGO - JPN or US? |

didn't Winning Eleven 2008 Asian version also feature cross-region online play?
if Konami uses similar online infrastructure for MGO, i hope all versions can play online together. |

dang, still got 50 days to go. the team already finish working on MGS4, will more cutscenes appear in youtube as spoilers?
too bad we have to wait for June12 while they polish up MGO and testing the beta  |

so, Asian LE is similar to JPN LE.

according to what was posted, if want to buy on June 11th nighttime at tecasia launch party, must pre-order 1st and queue up
i think the other shops only receive stock and start selling June 12th, i think should be enough stock (normal edition) to meet local demand  |

looking around the preorder prices at few HK/SGP online shops, the Asian LE is gonna be quite expensive! compared to normal edition. (around GTAIV special edition's price range)
i think i just get normal edition, maybe can save some money and buy the JPN voice acting version later to complete my collection |
