how about stds and hiv?can we like replace it like for example I dont want the blood type result so I want it to switch with stds or hiv result?

Usually if you go to the lab and you want cheaper rate, tests are clustered into packages.  As far as I know, the test cannot be replaced with others. STDs and HIV tests are more expensive compared to e.g. blood type testing.

So far in 2017 i found Lablink Medical Laboratory is the cheapest one. Last month i bring my mother for a Full body blood test with cost RM80. i was shock!! big gap from other lab .
