Yes, tumours are common. A few of my pet mice had lumps on their bodies, 2 gerbils died from tumour (1 face tumour, 1 scent gland tumour), my friend's hamster had a tumour on it's chin....

Breeder's Celect and Back2Nature is the same. I won't use Woody Pet coz it becomes dusty after it gets wet. It caused allergy reactions to my gerbils, causing bloody noses. It also causes dry skin to my hedgehogs. Only wise to use Woody Pet for the litter box or toilet, not the whole tank. I still think it is better for you to stick with Breeder Celect.

Pet Shack is in Sunway Mentari. It is behind the Mc Donalds.

You can take a taxi from Kelana Jaya LRT, it will cost Rm15. Another way is to hop onto the rapidkl bus t623. It cost only RM1 but you would spend about 10 to 15 minutes walking fast. On a hot or rainy day, really not nice loh hahah... but I do this    Sometimes when I am lazy or carry alot of stuff, I will use cab. Taking a cab from KTM may cost more I think..... anyway, RM15 is without meter. I can't get cabs that run on meter around Kelana Jaya, I did get one last year and the cost was like Rm8 to Sunway Pyramid.

Another way is to go to Kota Raya to find a bus that goes to Sunway Pyramid. I'm not familiar with the numbers so you gotta find your own.

I just got my hamster yesterday. Seems pretty scared tho, keeps running away when I want to pick it up and squeals. Im not so sure what species it is tho, can u guys help?

i'm currently using habitrial ovo pad and i thing i realise about my winter white is that he somehow cannot go up to the food compartments. its size kinda small and i think he cannot climb up coz the ladder size too big...
what can i do?

Try wake him up and check whether he is ok. Try to touch him and see how his body temperature is. He is being inactive or never wake up at all?    

The one always in sleeping mode is male or female?
I noticed my male hammie is not so active being compared to my female hammie.
Btw, hammies are normally active at night

My syirian mom has out from her cage and left 8 babies and until now still missing ..she not appear . Her babies only 10 days old.. any suggestion? Can i put her babies to other mom..?

Now already 3 hours missing...afraid the babies die....
