i've been bitten by my housemate's robo 3 times.. never bleed but painful.. after tat dun dare to touch it anymore.. maybe can try wear glove when hold de robo? so tat when it bites not tat painful..

Currently the syrians are using a mix of breeder celect, aspen shavings, healthy pet and timothy hay.

Robos is using corn cob, healthy pet and timothy hay.

Hmm.... Really that scary??? Sound like dicipline teacher in school... As long as you don't do thing which is wrong and treat your hamster well, I think you are 'safe'...

I don't take it as war but he really need to evaluate what he had done and still doing... He need to really know about basic thing and be more mature and not silly as he is dealing with life although we are talking about non-human but still a live and we need to take it seriously. Do not harm or hurt the living things instead of wanna care for them...

They are not what you think they are.... They are just nice people who are care for the animals and willing to learn and do more research and share...

and jayniel, lol, i'm sowiee, its not that i dont like your ww, but, i see that they're so fortunate to have you as their owner... i'm probably gonna get the one i saw in the petshop the other day.. its a pearl ww, looked tiny and pityful.. and labelled by the shop owner as "fierce".. sp they kepth him aside with all the big RCs..

I fully trained 3 syrians babies I got from petshop... hehehe. 2 is successfully tamed... 1 is still very stubborn... always think I'm big giant human who will eat him... maybe his personality... oh well... still ongoing taming + the guinea pigs Mocha is half tamed, at least not running like mad so much when I pick her up or pet her while she eats.. but latte... OMG. Like sprinter only, kalah also jon johnson I think

Keep on handling and playing with ur syrian core_trace. Some is very fast, some takes time. If they angry already, dont push ur luck, respect their wishes, in turn, they will respect you

ps: MoFo is the tamest since he is already half tame when I got him. Now whatever I do he ignore only, lol. I poked him here there, he just dont care anymore, hahaha!

Waa, so much trouble with syrians from pet shops? Went to the pet store area in Pudu market, the syrians there were so underaged and small, a batch kept in tupperware with burnt holes, the other batches in typical trays with make shift fencing as the cover. Haih, poor things.

OH BTW, soulx, blurjoey+sangels, in Pets lover centre, Ikano got 2 sanko silent wheel 21 cm!!! Heheh, I just went there this evening I see only 2 tho... dunno the price cos dont have the tags. I bet they restock the one in Sunway Pyramid as well...

If you wanna the wheel fast, better go check out lor. If can wait, then maybe can bulk order the wodent wheel. I am not buying big wheel as of now, maybe for another few months, all my 3 syrians are still small, the habitrail playground wheel is more than comfortable for them ... for now

From his blog I think he is about 17 years old and a prefect of his school. A prefect should know how to be mature and responsibility about things. If he is not matured about things, then I don't know how he managed to be selected to be a prefect in the first place.

by the way, guys and gals,

when you all say "tame", can further explain.

I can hold my 2 RC tho they try to get away from my hand.
They will come forward to the cage front when I am approaching.
Even when they are sleeping, they will wake up when I sit and watch.
Is that consider tame?


Edit: One more thing, sometime they like to nip my hand but one in a while they really bite till can see blood. Is tat normal?

luckily my robos wont bite me.. 1 day i try to let it bite cos i eat fruits and my finger still got fruits smell. i put into the cage, wanna c whether they'll think tat my finger is a fruit.. haha.. they really try to bite me but not pain la..
yesterday wanna clean their cage, so bring them out n try to play wif them.. i manage to touch them, they r not so scare compare to last time.. but they poo poo a lot when they scare.. hahaha...

lol.. lucky u.. i dun dare to catch a robo anymore again.. there's 1 time i opened it's cage n it jumped out.. i chased it like chasing cockroach.. i think de best hamsters in tis world is winter white.. tame, cute n small.. n unique cos can change color.. haha i'm so proud to have so many ww..
