QUOTE(RY yeeyee @ Apr 16 2008, 03:55 PM)
my mui mui died last sunday...
cried for 2 days...
i dunno is it bcoz of wet tail...
she gt it on tuesday and recovered on thursday...
then sunday suddenly~~
i learnt online that wet tail is fatal...
unless you send the hamster to the vet and treat...
is it true?
*
Wet tail is very fatal. It is like flu and fever for us, without medication, we can die if fever is very high. So if you do not rush to the vet for antibiotics, hamsters will most likely die.

QUOTE(lovelyhelp @ Apr 16 2008, 07:21 PM)
I have heard of wet tail this is the sign of them before dying. May I know how only they will get wet tail or how it is look like?

recently my hamster is not so active. today my hamster hide all the food in one corner and he took the glass to cover it.. what does it mean?
*
It is not a sign before dying..... hamsters with wet tail die because of late treatment. It is an infection, like virus that comes about when the hamster's health and immune system is weak. Also it is contagious... it is like flu or fever.

I wonder Nezu's bear bear will bite the bottle or not? As the bear bear will be too space less to get into the bottle and scared the cutting edge will hurt them as when they go through it. Or end up biting away the bottle. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

the bottle is just a tube for my hammy to climb in n roam around. coz this will be much more easier to clean rather than those fancy tube. whether to sleep there or not is on their calls. anyway, my hammy dun sleep in there, he sleep on the roof... sweat.gif

which part u r not sure with? i think even if i take another pic also will be almost the same coz i only use camera phone to snap... i've draw a simple plan here, see if u could understand or not la...

*please tape all the cutting edge to prevent ur hammy to get hurt
