Habitrail Safari( which i think the robo will not slip out of the cage)
Habitrail bottle(with a fancy clip)
Prestige Hamster food
bedding Delikate
Breeder Celect -cat litter
Delikate sand bath
Bengy hamster litter

and of course- 2 cute Roborovskis

Welcome to the club... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Don't worry, they will not be able to slip out from the cage cause my robos still not able to do that yet...kekeke... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

I also want Breeder Celect!!!! brows.gif brows.gif brows.gif

Where you gonna put the toilet sand for them? You should get a ceramic bowl or a corner toilet as they like to dig and sleep inside, and they pee and poo inside too. biggrin.gif

I think that's Mofo as Mofo is staying in a 2ft tank not 1.5ft tank and Mokie is a golden banded.

how much is the price for sanko wheel?
isnt the safari wheel already good enough for syrian?
or there are something wrong with safari wheel?
*
The Sanko wheel is about RM70+ as it is more expensive than out 2ft tank and Jackjack is able to climb up to the lid of the tank using the wheel and this make us change to ZooZone2 sweat.gif sweat.gif Now we are thinking of getting another 2 Wodent wheels, thinking of what to do with all the wheels hmm.gif hmm.gif

habitrail going to stop the safari production right?
i'm going to find a new wheel for montee too..
i hope there's sanko wheel around here.. biggrin.gif
KP is doing bulk for wodent wheel which cost around rm70-80 i think..
*
Too bad that there's no Sanko wheel selling in KL pet shops as we already went to almost all big pet shops as small pet shop will not have it too cause its expensive. We bought the last one from Pets Lover Center in SP rclxms.gif Thinking of whether want to buy or not as its expensive but at the end we did. We found out that it's Sanko wheel after we did our research and just feel so lucky icon_rolleyes.gif

Maybe you can try looking for it in Singapore if you happen to be there like what Missgeek did nod.gif

Nice Safari you got there. But the bottle is too high for the robos. You can put the bottle inside the Safari at a lower bar. We are doing the same for the same setup. Just observe if they can reach the bottle or not.

Down there is MoFo smile.gif he is pigging out, he should be a GP lol. That bowl is the 'dog it' bowl, medium size, when he sits in there, cannot see his food anymore, hahaha.

You bought ZooZone2!!! Your house getting more animals d. sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

How you do that 2nd platform for the 1.5 feet tank? Habitrail I think....
*
Hehehe... yes, my house like rodent zoo already. I really need to take care of the smell cos i stay in a studio biggrin.gif no where to run from the smell, hahaha! The platform, first i put double sided, the one for the ikea mirror, I thought it'll be strong enough... but then it wasn't , so when my friend came buy help me drill the holes for the water bottle, i asked to drill and fasten the platform with screw, but I also put the screw filler, wood type. It looks ugly from that side tongue.gif the double sided cannot peel off, and a screw with wood filler potruding at the outside, hahahahah! Mokie knows how to climb on top of that hood and go out if the lid is open sweat.gif now he still can reach and bite the plastic lid, once he's bigger, i need to take off that blue hood already leh. If he grows as big as MoFo, need to change tank alreadddyy...

Yeah i know tongue.gif now he still cannot but he will soon. biggrin.gif I'll take out the hood first, he's still too short without the blue hood. But when he's big like MoFo, time to take it down (or change tank biggrin.gif)

If you take off the hood, wouldn't it be possible for him to climb right out? (Since he can reach the lid already?)

You should try giving a sand bathe. It helps with all my hammies. I give them a sand bathe once a week. JackJack doesn't like it though laugh.gif

Does sand bathe really helps with their smell?

I didn't really notice this but i put sand bathe for 3 of my syrians. They love it very much... and i love to see them playing with their sand... biggrin.gif

How to give them once a week? Leave the sand for 2 hours then remove from the cage?

Do I change the sand every time I clean the cage ? (I clean cage once a week)

See the photo below. I found that they actually move some kuaci + wood shaving there and they shit there as well.

This is suppose to be their bathing Den. After 1 day, cannot see the sand anymore.

hahaha... your hamster is cute to move the wood shavings in there... clever eh... wink.gif so far, mine never move their beddings in the bathing Den but they move those beddings here and there within their cages.

2 of my Syrians, Sappy and Baby know how to pee and poo in the bathing Den but Hammy don't, he just go in there and enjoy showering... whistling.gif

Syrians do not sand bath. They have long fur and rarely or never have greasy fur like Robos and Dwarf hamsters.... they groom themselves like cats, so if you give them a sand bath, the will just dig or pee in it rather than roll around.

Most of the Habitrail extensions, especially those that are suppose to be hamster toilets actually do not become hamster toilets but more like a storage room or sleeping room... For toilets, is best to give them a bowl that is deep and heavy enough for them to sand bath in and use as a toilet.
*
hahaa... laugh.gif actually i never know that syrians do not sand bath and never know what's the real reason for sand bathing till i read this today... tks for the info!

But my syrians love to dig and play with sand bath though... blush.gif

Mine is ok but the problem is with the adult male. Keep on biting. Aggressive type. Should get from breeder instead. I have 5 siblings in a cage. So far very peaceful.

Don't think can litter train them. It's all depend on themselves if they like to pee and poo at which spot.

As for mine, sometimes they like to pee and poo at this corner, then another week, they change another corner... basically they will try all the corners and everywhere... heheheh doh.gif
