What size is too big what is is average and what size is too small?

Hmm I personally don't have lines defining what size is too large or normal or too small.. I think whatever size you have, it should look good on your own body. I can't imagine a small petite girl having unusually large thing in front.. or vice versa..heheh.. |

I'm a D and i have problems getting bras here in Msia. I could only buy La Senza or Blush (caucasian's brand which offers bigger size). Very painful for the purse. But still they do not have my size for every design, only a selected few.
Its quite rare that i could actually get lacey designs or thin bra straps. Cos the shop assistant will always tell me that the lacey designs and thin bra straps can't support a D. Myfren also a D cupper. She usually buy xixili, Triumph, Wacoal which cost less than rm100. some are tshirt bra and some are lacey one. Even La Senza, u could get 5pcs rm105 or 3pcs rm 85 and D cup size is available and have many nice design. I suggest that you should check it out during carnival sales. Last month i just accompany her to buy at Minoshe, the sales gal very nice and recommend the suitable one for her. its around rm59.90 only if im not mistaken.

bra size should be chosen with 2 things in mind
1. support 2. comfort no point having a bra that pushes your boobies to make it 2x bigger and more attractive but at a sacrifice of your health and comfort.  so in short - no need to busybody on what are the rest of the people's bra size, because it's pointless to know either. just know what's BEST for YOU - that's the only thing you need to know. |

I dunno about female anatomy much, but IIRC breasts have no muscle, it sags naturally according to gravity, unless you put some saline or silicone solutions in them (breast augmentation).

I read an article, I forgotten where, claiming that manufacturers nowadays do purposely increase the cup label ( say C instead of a B) to "flatter" the girls into buying their bras.

i dun want to be funny here. last time i was 32B. or lesser. but i do remember that i have a B cup size. then i gaining weight like hell. i add up like near to 20kgs. seriously!
then,im started to get fit and get rid of my weight. of course when im fat, i look less interesting and older that my age shld be. and im still in my 20s tho. and knoe what, my cup also getting bigger that time, ive got a huge 36/38C cup. of course it full of fat inside and around my body. and now, i wont go to B anymore. now im holding a 32C. but i think its quite ample and nice. hehe. my bf starting to love it (and i think its more than ever) |

Thats the case ... Usually girls who went fat and then slimmed down will have bigger cup size ... Probably due to the fact that they consumed a lot of estrogen ( hormone which makes your cup bigger ) when the time they're eating a lot and getting fat.

Actually hor, 32 C = 34 B = 36 A (the measurement might be different but the cup size is more or less similar, I was told by several bra fitting salesperson)...
So for example, if someone who is petite wearing 32 C, the boobs can look bigger. Whereas bearing in mind that the cup size is similar but for a bigger built girl who wears 34 B, the boobs can look smaller than the 32 C, padahal the cup size is similar... The surveys did not say what the measurements are... I suppose it ranges from 30 - whatever gua... So when people say they have 34 B, it is comparable to 32 C and 36 A...

I'm a 36D or DD (in M&S) and E (Xixli and other Asian stuff) but in the US size is like a 'big' C only. 36C is normal cup size in the US.
Finding bras here is fairly tough and embarassing. I always feel bad about going to La Senza and pulling out stuff to try and in the end it doesn't fit - why their layout like that one? Xixli is okay but they tend to use like elastic instead of plastic - where it joins the straps to the cups, and after 2x wear they tend to get loose. I stick to M&S but not much choice for sexy bras |

Yeah, the measurement of bras sold in the western countries are smaller compared to Malaysia... Let say in Malaysia is 32 D but in UK is 32 C... I think I prefer the bras sold in UK esp cuz the bras are not padded "kau kau" like the ones in Malaysia...

the majority in malaysia will be A and B. Have a brand call Xixili and they have pretty bra for E' and F', really good news for those girls which need them.
Anyway, big or small, natural is the best. Accept what we have. Regretfully some brands only have limited cup size, like the Pierre cardin (donno i got remember wrong not), only have B, I have never have chance to wear their pretty designed bra :-( And for those bigger cup size bra have very limited design also, I really prefer to have small and fit so that have plenty of choices pattern of bra. And yeah, bras my size are super hard to find. Even if can find, it's bound to be very expensive. Burn holes in my wallet. I bet if I save the money I spend on buying such expensive bras, I'd have enough money to go for a breast reduction.

I don't know about you girls out there but I'm having trouble making myself wearing push up bras.
The thing is that it hurts the chest . *ouch* T.T (since I don't wear it often) People say its better to wear push ups as it shapes up your breast. But I'm more to - better comfy than suffer. And it kinda looks like I have a bigger breast? Btw I'm A.. hoping to achieve greater results XD So can fit better in nicer clothes. *cheers* |

and my body vital statistic is 34c 25 35.. is it consider standard? but 1 thing is i always look huge when wearing t-shirt.  Ppl thought i'm fat rather than fit. because of the boob. so gals, dun always complain for ur size, coz sometimes i wan to look nice in wearing t-shirt but cant. somemore big boob matches with the height like western gals is better. For women blouses, the printed size on the blouse keep decreasing every year but the measurement remains. This is to induce a feel good factor whenever a girl tried on. "yeah, I can fit into a size 4 finally!". Same goes for bra sizes. |

my sis is ard D cup it think, n i felt disgusted looking at it, im not jealous, just felt disgusted cos whn she bends down can see, whn she walks is bouncy. she always teases me for having a small cup, but im proud of it cos i dont hafta worry about getting an A size at any shopping centre, or having ppl starring @ it, and also felt secured wearing a v neck shirt. |

Yes, if a heavyset girl reduces in weight, her breast size will undergo some reduction. This also applies to some women whom are undergoing menstruation cycles as some women's body retain water. The difference varies from woman to woman.
Two, if a slim girl bulks up a lot it is obvious that her chest size will also increase. This however does not mean all fat will be deposited at her chest. Some will go to the hips, thighs and abdomen. A pubescent girl whom eats healthily however could encourage decent breast development. Three, there are things achievable by means of not using products. Slimming? Why can't a person exercise instead and instill discipline? In this case it has to do with breast size. Why can't a girl during her pubescent years eat healthily to induce decent development? You gotta wait until the growth spurt years are over then only go "Oh my, these need to grow" then start eating your nonsense papaya leaf, lalangs, longkang weeds to make it grow now? 1. as long as you are comfortable with yourself u eventually gain confidence 2. learn to ignore negative comments about how big or small your breast size are...people who really cares for you dun gv a rats' arse about your breast. 3. if u think ur breast is too big or too small, then it means u lack self confidence. Dont blame your breast/anyone else. Thats is one of the reasons bra is created. To giv support and aid you in your daily routines, no matter how active/ passive you are. 4. there are many bras for many occasions. some are for sporting/jogging. And some are for casual wear. And there's others to seduce your partner....Dun be cheap on bras. They giv different effect to your confidence level (dun believe me? try jogging wearing casual bra, then try jogging wearing sports bra) 5. and if possible, dont wear bra too often. your breasts are a part of your body, and wearing bra's too long duration may cause rashes and discomfort, alternative is you can wear thick t-shirt (or t-shirt with a jacket), no one can tell the difference. 6. using products may or may not gv the effects you desire...if your skin is sensitive to the chemical reaction, it may cause undesirable effects like burning skin,rashes, etc...DO consult a pharmacist before using a product. 7. massaging breast has not been proven scientifically that it'll make your breasts bigger...its just a lame excuse guys uses to get in your clothes/pants. 8. DO remember that breasts are lumps of fat and tissue, dieting/proper diet may reduce or enlarge their size. 9. Surgery to enlarge breast size is always a dumb idea...no one can guarantee that there'll be no side effects as u ages...also although this has not been proven scientifically, but many believes surgeries for breast enlargement may cause breast cancer. Plus there is no turning back if that surgery went wrong. Remember ALL HUMANS MAKES MISTAKES, even doctors. 10. wearing bras larger can onli make yourself feel so much better...but remember there'll be a time when the truth will be out to your partner...guess how will he react when he realises you've been lying to him for so long? also wearing wrong bra size causes it to "juggle" itself around when u walk, and unless u wan guys looking at your breasts whole day, and embarass urself, i honestly dont recommend it. Its rather funny to read this topic. Anyway, it is true that when you lose weight you lose cup size or just inches from your breast. But how much smaller you can get depends on genetic as well (after lose weight), for example i usually get a cup smaller when i lose weight but nothing more than that. And most important thing to think about if a girl is well endowed is get good support bras. Good underwire support bra with proper side and front coverage will reduce the 'bouncing' and 'jiggling' effects (especially when she walks or go down the stairs). Usually those with bouncing front are wearing the wrong bras. Never ever go to gym or go hiking/jogging/brisk walking without wearing at least a comfortable sports bra, you can't wear normal bra for sports as the friction will make the skin around underside of your breast stings and it get sag faster. Plus it attracts too much attention. Never go on some crash diets often, it will make your breast sag faster and caused stretch marks.
By the way, I am 36 D and it is real (who said malaysia girls all flat anyway?). For guys here are a few tips to estimate whether that hot girl you saw got real well endow chest area or just big cups/breast enlargement. Always look from her shoulder to the area slightly below her collarbone, usually those with good assets will have slightly more flesh (don't ask why, use common sense and a bit of human anatomy knowledge). Lastly, it really doesn't matter much whether you got small or big breast, come on you will get old and it will either shrink or sagged. |

I am M size, Chinese, and in my 20s. Mine had a journey from C - D - E and now I'm F. To be honest in Msia, being big has a problem to get good bras. And of course, foreign brands will suit us better than local brands. The main thing is about genes, diet and exercise. Like some of the comments said curves, and proportions are the most important. |

Big boobs are heavy. Mine is C but sometimes still have back pain and shoulder pain after wearing bra.
