There are plenty of people who legitimately share IP with another user:- housemates, cybercafe, university dorms etc. Asking for an explanation will inevitably result in 'housemate' being the dominant reason. We have other ways to determine whether or not 2 nicknames belong to the 1 user which is far more effective.
