Just found out that AXREIT is giving out dividend.

Final income distribution of 7.49 Sen Taxable and 0.04 Sen T.E
Interim income distribution of 0.75 sen from 1 January 2008 to 18 January 2008

So far i am very happy with their service and up until now got once or twice only system slow. Have been using it for the pass 1.5 years. The registration is free of charge previously but now i am not too sure about it. Atleast is way better than maybank

Didn't set the trade to sell it at 0.480. I went to the toilet when it reach 0.480 and came back it drop to 0.470
