is it possible to get both 3g & wifi smartphone/pda under RM2000?

preferred brands : nokia, HTC.
was looking at these :

nokia n82 - out of budget but likes the design although the keypad seems small
nokia n95 - bulky ...eewww
htc tytn II - ohh goshh not within budget ...lol!

my new company doesn't allow me to use a phone with built-in camera.
hence, suggest me phones that is :

- nokia / SE
- price : rm800 to rm1000
- good features (minimum : to do list, calculator, notes)
- excellent resolution of LCD possible
- preferrably the latest model possible ..(dun wan la old stuff like 3310, 3210, etc...lol )
- dun want the low cost type phones

sh*t ..i was about to get N82 ...but now can't ady ... ...even now most phones have cam built-in except cheap phones
or should i go for pda phone?

gimme a few choices so i can decide later

i need to get a phone or pda-phone with no camera
was looking at SE W950i but seems like it's hard to find at shops .. W960i is more common

budget : <RM1500
preferred brand : nokia/SE/htc/dopod/O2/
features : notes, to do list, calendar, spreadsheet, installable software (at least java based)
screen/LCD : decent resolution as possible
camera : NO camera
wifi : optional

it's really difficult to get a decent phone/pda-phone wif no camera

yeah, it's pretty hard to find decent phone with no cam ...

preferably RM1k max ....either nokia/SE ...others is also welcome
