Hey, I'm looking for a phone that has great potential and current capabilities.

I've looked at c702, c902, g900 that is not released in Malaysia yet. Any idea when?

If so, how much?

P/S: Budget RM1000+-RM200

If you think they arent good enough. Got others?

confusing between s730 and i780?
For my opinion, HTC S730 consider as a not so good (caz no Touch screen).
On the other hand samsung design no stylish( because the keyboard outside).

Hence when comparing both HTC is a better choice.
HTC brand was a company that profession in PDA.
While samsung on the trend going to PDA field.

In my opinion HTC TyTN II (but over ur budget).

U need to use GPS and touch screen?if yes with ur budget u can take i780.
If no, consider HTC s730.
Samsung i730 talk time and stand by time longer than S730.

No idea when release in M'sia {1 years, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month? No body (CEO in the hp compan might know la) can predict the arriving date to m'sia}
But for sure if u want those hp u can go overseas to buy and take it back.ELSE buy at international online such as ebay.

i had google for models above, all got pros n cons, make more headache lol.. anyway, is it major diff btween s40 n s60??

n80 old model hp and sometime lagging.
if u wnt to buy n series hp, maybe u can comsider n81.

i recomment u buy HTC Tytn II.

Hi All Sifus,

I need some help here. I am looking for a phone/PDA as below:
1. Brand - Any
2. Budget - About 1.5k
3. Specs - Must have GPS. Other just as per standard
4. Type/Size - Any

Most important, the GPS must be easy to navigate while I am driving. And I just need to pay one time for the GPS. NO need subscribtion fees, monthly fees, or any other incurred fees.

Please help. Thank you...

hmm.. thinking of it too, but sadly camera was onli 2mp, n82 was far from my budget.. how bout n80 internet edition?? is it ok or same as prev n80??

both 5610 & 6500s are nice, but not s60.. rclxub.gif

I saw a forumer selling HTC with cheaper price so i would said TyTN II is recommended (with wifi, GPS, and free gift).

where do u got the price fortpuch dual, it is more expensive.
If u brought touch dual with RM2200 price, u need to add on RM600 and u will get a TyTN II.

My cousin has a TyTN II. IMO it's really nice, function wise. The camera isn't that good though. Images can be quite grainy even indoor.

But the rest are OK. GPS rocks. and the inclined monitor is practical if you intend to use the QWERTY keypads.

As conclusion, TyTN II better than the touch dual.
Add on Rm900 get a nice PDA.

yup they're still available first hand but not everywhere though. ap around RM900 and ori around RM1200
