I bought my full set(front and rear)absorbers from him almost a month ago for my chevrolet Optra 1.8.

Today, the SC confirmed one of my rear absorber has problem, so I called him (Ben) up and told him I wanted to claim for warranty, and he just straight away to arrange for an exchange without asking me when did I buy them or whether the warranty is still valid or not .

The exhange was done in 2 hours.
