Why so specific for Sabahan? What if people want to buy things from Sabah then how?

No la, I think what TS means is that if there is a specific thread for his state, it is easier to search for buy/sell stuff which would be easier to COD as everybody would be from the same state....

there are people from Penang (north). people from Terengganu (east). People from Johore (south) and so on so forth - so many deals so far across different states.

makes no difference if you're from Sabah. if we go based on # of people, i think Penang, Perak, Johore and Malacca would probably have more traders.

If you want to COD, by all means just send the seller a PM to discuss whether they are willing to COD or not. Also, not all sellers from Sabah(including other states) are willing to COD. Some might prefer to deal via postage.
