Mines fine getting 120KBps. Try using some of the manuals i linked in my earlier post. You have to set up uTorrent right to make it work. Don't just download and think it will work out of box like that. Must tinker with the settings and i also used the TCP/IP patch to increase my concurrent connections. Which for me works wonders.

Make sure your upload bandwidth isn't very low. I seen many people that just freeload but don't want to release their upload speeds. If you suspect throttling try Force encryption .
