Doodling with version 1.8 beta (build 10364) just for kicks to check things against Deluge. Honestly right about now (screenie taken minutes ago and counting) I think that maybe some guys there at screamyx's "l337 p2p initiatives =p" dept must have been smoking some weed or had left some devices unattended.

If anyone can notice an odd thing there, it's at that peers' list below; IP: ks357563.kimsufi.com who or whatever the heck that is. Apparently the incoming from that was pretty much open.

Not sure if the performance can really sustain though, tbh I'm not holding my hopes up and I can only see that from when I use Deluge when lucky (as in doing it in anywhere other than the much cursed 118.xx.xx.xx WAN IP range). I rarely use utorrent's betas as a main other than just for testing the releases out.

In the simplest of terms there's no real diffs unless if you ask between the 2 modes to "disabled". If you meant the speed benefits from a screamyx user POV I mean. Enabled means that the client will encrypt the outgoing connections but also will revert back to plain connections should at any time if the attempt fails. Forced means ALL outgoing connections are encrypted but NO FALLBACK to plain whatsoever.
