Used all the ones before and installed the latest one now...same old, same old...iZZi is throttling like mad (tried changing ports, encryption type - enabled/forced, but to no avail...) - and they do it exactly from 2:00a.m. until 9 or 10a.m!!!

Nothing goes through (Ares, etc. etc.), they sealed p2p OFF COMPLETELY!

It seems I have to wait for a decent ISP..or subscribe to a VPN service (but that even isn't the safest way to go either - read that some ISPs, even though they don't know what's encrypted, they throttle if it consumes their ""PRECIOUS"" bandwidth... )
