How you define "faster" when people are getting full ass speed with Utorrent ? LOL

The seeders are not sharing, not Utorrent problem

It works for me with Utorrent 1.8 Beta. Did he enabled that:

Perferences > BitTorrent > Protocol Encryption (Outgoing): Forced (check that Allow incoming legacy connections)

You put mass load of files on queue there!

You need to check whether your nearby exchange are equiped with the new DSLAM. Only 2 area in Penang right now have that new DSLAM, if i'm not mistaken: Georgetown and Air Itam

I'm using Private Tracker and it is working fine here. Please, next time just don't simply put blame on Utorrent client itself. Those trackers could be down for maintenance. There are also other higher possibilities which you failed to rectify

Which version have you downloaded ? Are you sure that is not public trackers ? Based on the speed test, your internet line are screwed up, that could be your real culprit there

Revert back to 2 previous version, 9137 because the latest build are not stable.
