Seriously I am not newbie noob out of nowhere that just DL and set BT up lah.
If u check my screen, it is FORCE encryption. My upload is 20kb/s on which I think is more than enough without cripper my DL speed. Typically my upload stays above 17-18kb/s but my DL never run pass 15kb/s that DL file is like 5GBs it is gonna take 1 week 24/7 to finish it.
