it's not peer id

something to do with the way BT peer-to-peer packets are handled and constructed.

and it won't be long before Cisco catches up with this. It is a cat and mouse game.

Just close this thread and don't mumble anything about it if you don't want the alpha to get throttled.

these *******s get paid for trottling every p2p there is, i think....

oh well, tmNUT had to do this because they cant take it cuz they gave users "UNLIMITED" usage, which the users DID use but their pc specs are like... puik....... so cant support......... so need trottle user's speed.....

I'm using utorrent as well. Last few weeks, a few times, I reach 100++kbps in my download. Downloading a 4GB dvd took me less than 1 day, while 700MB divx in less than 2 hours. However, I should mention that they were hot release movies where I can get a seeders of more than 50. No wonder I can reach 100++. For old movies where there's not many seeders, i can easily get 40kbps..

wait a minute, utorrent using kbps or kBps. Hmm..doesn't matter. The number I quote above is the number I saw in utorrent.

Well it can handle my 10 torrents of 5-26gb files (yes, freaking huge) unlike deluge... so gotta stick to it until i finish those guys then run back to deluge for the smaller file torrents.
