Yours is likely to have the HK-firmware (as with mine originally). The latest firmware released (R9K009) on SEUS is for World Generic phones only. Yours being a non-WC phone has the R9J005 firmware. The only thing to do is wait until they release updated firmware for other regions, or flash yours to World Generic then update.

if u still wanna update, u can choose to change ur CDA via XS++..but maybe u will loose all the chinese characters...

Agree with you there. Much faster with WG and latest firmware. Plus I don't use the Chinese handwriting and recognition, so it was a welcome 'upgrade'. It also solved my green tint camera problem and autofocus camera is much faster too.

Need to ask one noob question here. If i set a ringtone (mp3) for a message alert. When receiving the message and the ringtone will be play and if i want to stop or discontinue ringtone are there any button to be press to stop the ringtone. I think most phone if u hit any button if will stop.

In WLAN page, click More->Enable WLAN.
Restart you pc and SEUS again.
If the same problem still occur, reinstall SEUS.
Switch off your phone and everything will off.

You can try flight mode.
When you're in flight mode, everything still usable, just no call/sms only.

for me, the software i use:

iskoot for skype, opera mini, swiss manager, fring/im+, powermovie, gmail mobile, documents to go, capture screen, handy cloc, dictionary things n few games..all on 2gb m2 (this p1 is also my portable audio)

no need to off ma ( i rarely3 off)..use flight mode to avoid any unnecessary call/sms during ur sleep time 

Due to too free, I've tested to flash my phone from HK to GW1 to test those fonts thingy, since nobody willing to give it a try.

I've tried to combo the Z8 fonts with Chinese fonts, but apparently it didn't come out like what I've expected.
And at last, I flashed back to SG firmware.

1) the theme file, is it only utz can be use?
2) when i d/l theme file, it is a zip file...how can i extract to utz file?
3) if ur phone have set alarm, will it be trigger even when the phone is off? mine cant work wor

1 - yeah only utz unless u install gedesk, that using gdesk u can load theme under format gdd (gdesk theme format)
2 - the utz file is inside the .zip files.extract the zup files n will get the utz file inside n copy it to ur mobile phones
3 - when phone is off...all functions are off...no alarm..but y do u need to off ur phone?if to avoid unwanted call/sms, b4 u sleep change to flight mode bro...in flight mode the alarm still fucntion...
