Ya no green tint but got public bank red tint

I think it's only at your place.
Because in KL, it's kinda hard to get that price.

Is still look ugly to me. Is that the best P1i can do??
Mine is original and i went to the authorised service center,
I'm told to WAIT. No replacement of what so ever was suggested.
Can I do that?? Can i ask for replacement?
I wanna make full use of the ORIGINAL WARRANTY! I spent 2100RM on it! *sad*

It's ugly because it's just a picture of a plain card with a Public Bank logo.
At least it doesn't have the green tint.

I called up Sony Ericsson. Someone told me he has never received any complain about P1i on this issue!
I was quite agitated when talking with him.

so exactly which batch of P1i has the green tint issue? will upgrading the FW makes any difference? will be getting one soon.

Mine is week 46 year 2007. Doesn't seem to have that problem. Some have said that updating the FW does make a difference, and some said it's a hardware problem.

Its confirmed hardware problem. firmware upgrade doesnt solve the problem, only slightly improve on the camera so that the green tint is not that visible, but i do not have any prove what i said above...believe it or not, its all on u

did u save it after u done sliding the brightness slider or you just simply press the back button?
i previously have this headache and i realize i didn't click the save thingy



how to check which year the phone is produced? speaking of green tint, i never really did tested out my camera for tat. gonna try it later. the green tint is sensor issue, fw upgrade MIGHT reduce the tint as reported by some, but it is definitely still there

seems to me that with flash on the green tint isn't visible

look more like a GREY tint issue instead. haha

the photo with flash on has the grey edge cuz i hold the cam too near to the paper

It doesnt matter whether AP / ORI, its all about luck, and if i know this b4 i got my P1i, i will surely test kaw kaw b4 buy, too bad i only notice about this issue after i had bought it, was too hurry to get my self a new phone since my O2 Atom screen cracked

Bro, urs green tint looks very bad to me, mine is just at the edge of right hand bottom.

after let that phone "stay" for 19days, force to restart it... loud speaker seem doesn't work and the whole phone seem unstable after some times never restart it
