Plot Summary: The year is AD 2225. Kouji Aiba and Aoi Housen are serving as astronauts in-training in Liebe Delta which is located on the edge of the Geduld Sea. When saboteurs with unknown intents suddenly strike during a routine dive procedure, the space station plummets into the Geduld, a plasma field that links all the planets like a nervous system and crushes any ship that strays too far into it. With all the adults onboard killed, the young astronauts will have to survive this long journey home in midst of the growing tension amongst each other. Meanwhile the organizers of the sabotage look on and prepare to attack once more.

I am watching this anime till half way , and i would say this is a very nice anime , the only drawback is its production year is 1999 , so you might not like the drawing style...

BTW , its the same guy who design gundam seed's character , so do not surprise how much they look alike

This is a more mature anime focus on human behavior. Although the action is minimal ( Or no at all ) , and i am an action fan , i still love it.

If you said Emo , i think evagelion is more emo and dramatized , but still people like it ( But i hate it .....)

Well , i am a sunrise fans , i dig up many sunrise production , and most of them are nice

I watched it a few years ago. As I remember it, I think the 'drawing style' as you call it is pretty decent. Story is average but has several strong characters in it. Almost similar to Planetes, but maybe inferior.

Planetees is a classic too , but i didnt download it

Infinite as a giant robot , maybe its the reason i choose this over planetees?

I like this anime but I knew some people can't stand it because some of the characters are too much. One of my friend in particular, liked the anime but can't stomach the characters because they reminded him too much of real life assholes in his life.

Yeap this is definately a stormy anime. I really like the whole "Lord of the Flies" take in space kinda thing.

"Lord of the Flies" in space is the best one sentence description for this anime. It's worthy of your time watching.

Its believable emo though. Not those gundam seed kind.

You know, it is hard to be not emo when you are being abandoned, have no prospect of resupply, have to make your own rules, trapped in hostile environment like space, a ruthless enemy on your tail and people trying to take your stuff/dignity/humanity/sanity because they can. Plus your best friend can be your worst enemy tomorrow out of desperation and the ship have some weird juju going onboard. Civilization is just a veneer that can be stripped away fast in blink of an eye. This anime shows why and how brilliantly.

As someone said, they have a reason to be emo, not carte blanche Seed emo shit.

Scariest character in this anime to me is the religious girl. She send chills down to my spine with her religiosity and charisma. A kind looking and deceptive sociopath who has no qualms about removing people that she deemed as obstacle to her future.

But hey, there is light moments too. The girl in pink dinosaur costume always appear in every episode yet no one knows who she is and what she is.
