If you've noticed the past week, the KLCI index has been pushed to upwards starting with steel counters to plantation and the heavy weight KLCI counters. If you think another segment like properties is going to be pushed up on Monday and the counter is a KLCI heavy weight, you can try to speculate on it and sell it when the counter is push 5-10% higher. Always remember the mantra of "Buying on rumours and selling on news"
when speculating. The counters being pushed up will most likely faced a downward pressure when GE is announced or when GE is over. Becareful not to be trapped by the upward surge.

Talking about property counters, other than SPSETIA and MAHSING, what other property counters are usually popular with traders? hmm.gif

investers are chasing for the coming dividend??? thumbup.gif

Unlikely, the counter would have already taken the dividend into it's price the moment the announcement about the dividend was made. This is the pre-GE rally!! YARRRR!!!!

PJDEV? Someone told me it's link to najib...  hmm.gif

GE aside, seems the counter has not moved very much - some analysts put tp at rm 1.20+

even then it is trading below it's NTA of rm 1.54 (not many property counters trading below it's NTA nowadays) and with a single digit PE ratio

Well unless the counter has a big effect on KLCI index, I doubt it'll move much.

I wouldn't say it has ended yet. I believe 1550 is the target and it will keep the index unchanged if the world drop and boost KLCI higher when the world rebounds. No use to boost it so high just to let it all slide again.
