In my opinion, about Refurbished notebook, sometime really depend on luck. Yes, for sure much cheaper.
some of system are really perfect as new, for example, a original owner return to dell because of wrong order. you get this system, you untung la.....

but some of system return to dell because after a couple on tear down services still cant fix for intermittent or unknown issue, then dell replace whole unit to customer. If you get this kind of recon. system, you're superb bad luck, you will suffer and keep calling dell for service non-stop maybe.

So, you wan take risk or not? or what you can do is try to get service tag from seller to check the history before pay.
