Been there done that!!! this is true. There is no way you can call that number from Malaysia. If you call telekom operator, that!! im not sure whether you can connect. So stop wasting your time cause that number is local (singapore) toll free number... go to singapore then call.

ps: even with my roaming phone i also cant call that number (from singapore that is)
